Champagne gold, smoky blue and warm brown unfold in a softly graduated ombré across this layered lehenga-saree, designed for a Walima celebration. A sculpted grip-silk skirt is paired with a short pure-tissue choli, worked by hand in single-thread resham, kashida, tilla and metallic kamdani. An intricate cutwork back lends further delicacy to the richly embellished surface. Austrian Swarovski crystals, including distinctive square-cut crystals in varying sizes, catch the light alongside Austrian-cut beads and sequins. Wasli cutwork, crystal hangings and hand-finished tassels bring depth and texture to the layered composition, while an elaborately worked farshi pallu extends the silhouette into a sweeping, ceremonial drape. A sheer net veil, finished with metallic gota-patti cutwork rooted in the Rajasthani craft tradition, offers a light counterpoint to the richly worked ensemble. A separate, heavily detailed chadar adds a final layer of grandeur, allowing the bridal silhouette to take on a fuller, more imposing presence.
