Sana our quintessential Lajwanti bride carries a recreation of the brands very first bridal ensemble, Bindiya, 28 years later. 36 panels of cloth were reduced down to 16 as the arches had to be aligned perfectly. The underlying colour of the bridal was olive green, which was then contrasted with blood red, which was further accentuated by a multitude of colour schemes with one motif at a time, which includes Mughal frescos, geometry, architectural influence and Persian motifs.The dupatta was an ode to the jaals found in Mughal architecture. The bridal took approximately 8 months to be birthed in all its glory.
