Sage-mint meets dull gold, champagne gold and antique bronze in this layered lehenga choli. Cut from pure, heavy grip fabric, the lehenga falls into a generous, fluid flare, its surface first worked in single-thread resham embroidery. Traditional gota in varied shapes, including tamba ka gota, is layered with mukesh and kamdani, while finely cut crystal beads lend subtle luminosity. The sage-mint tissue choli carries bronze and gold handwork, with square-patterned kamdani framing the neckline and cascading crystal tassels finishing its richly worked back, bringing delicacy and movement. The accompanying chadar contrasts a restrained centre of Lucknowi chikankari with densely worked metallic-gold borders in kora, dabka and mukesh. Deliberate space around the central embroidery allows the threadwork to remain distinct against the embellished edges. Handmade gold-toned tassels, finished with ghungroos, edge the drape and lend rhythm to its movement, while a separate head dupatta brings softness to the layered bridal silhouette.
